We offer small group Pilates mat and reformer lessons, as well as private and duet lessons.
Our instructors have many areas of expertise, including working with the aging body, rehabilitation following injury or surgery, exercise for those dealing with cancer, building stronger bones, and building strength, core integrity, better balance, greater flexibility and having a wonderful time.
