Aon is following all of the state CDC/OSHA recommendations as well as guidelines from our massage/bodywork specific organizations, implementing rigorous sanitation & hygiene protocols for all of our staff members as well as for our facilities.
Here are policies we are asking you to follow to ensure the safety of Aon staff and our clients.
First, if you are feeling under the weather (fever, sore throat, cough), have had a known exposure to a COVID positive person or have traveled to a known “hot spot”, please, cancel your appointment. Our cancellation policy will be waived if you are ill or have symptoms of Covid-19.
Once you’ve arrived for your appointment, please call the office or text your practitioner directly to see if we are ready for you to enter. Only 1 client will be allowed in common spaces at a time.
Masks are required, no exceptions.
Please, remove your shoes at the door. Again, no exceptions.
You will be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before your treatment begins.
All payment and rescheduling will be done in the treatment rooms.
We greatly appreciate your patience as we all adjust to the new policies and traffic flow throughout Aon. There are sure to be a few hiccups along the way but we will adjust as we go and as needed.
If you have questions about what cleaning/hygiene standards we are adhering to, please, don’t hesitate to ask. They are far too extensive to list and we have chosen to focus, specifically, on the changes the affect you, our clients, most directly.
